WHERE CAN I GET PRICING INFORMATION FOR BRIDAL MAKEUP SERVICES?

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
We do not offer any discounts.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM FOR ON-LOCATION SERVICES?
Yes, we do have a minimum for all of our on-location services of the bride +4 people or $750 in services.
HOW MUCH IS MY WEDDING MAKEUP RETAINER TO HOLD MY DATE?
50% of total contracted services. Balance is due two weeks before your wedding day.
IS MY RETAINER REFUNDABLE IF I CANCEL?
No. Your deposit/retainer is non-refundable in the event you decide to cancel.
HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK MY WEDDING MAKEUP?
We can’t hold a date without a contract and retainer, so the sooner the better. We book in advance and dates fill up quickly!
We advise booking beauty services right after you secure your date & venue.
DO YOU OFFER ON-LOCATION SERVICES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS OR JUST WEDDINGS?
We offer on-location makeup services for any special event!
WHAT TYPE OF MAKEUP DO YOU USE?
We carry a variety of brands in our kits. All of the products in our kit are suitable for sensitive skin. Have an allergy? Please let us know before we apply anything to your face.
ARE YOU ABLE TO COVER BLEMISHES?
Yes, however, texture (from blemishes, scarring, etc) can still be noticeable even with coverage. We can color correct, but can’t change the texture of your skin.
ARE YOU ABLE TO COVER TATTOOS?
Yes! We have waterproof tattoo coverage capabilities. Since each tattoo is unique, please email us a few photos of the tattoo and we can quote accordingly.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUT-OF-STATE TO DO MAKEUP?
Yes, and we have passports! Please email us to set up a complimentary phone consultation to discuss destination wedding options.
CAN I WORK WITH YOU FROM OUT OF STATE?
Absolutely! We are flexible in scheduling makeup previews for when you’re in town and everything else can easily be done via email or phone. Out of town wedding? No problem! Facetime and Zoom are our go-to's.
DO YOU OFFER MAKEUP FOR ENGAGEMENT PICTURES?
We do! Weekend appointments are usually not available due to our on-location wedding services, but always ask! We may be able to work something out.
DO YOU OFFER MAKEUP FOR MY REHEARSAL DINNER?
Absolutely! Availability may be limited, so contact us when you're ready to book this service and we'll do our best to accommodate you (and your bridal party)!
WHERE DO THE MAKEUP PREVIEWS TAKE PLACE?
We’re flexible! Depending on location and scheduling we can come to you or you can come to our pop-up studio in Edison Park.
ARE MAKEUP PREVIEWS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR THE BRIDE?
No. Previews are not included.
HOW LONG DO MAKEUP PREVIEWS TAKE?
Makeup previews are typically 60-90 minutes long. We’re customizing your look so it takes longer than it would on the day of your wedding.
WHEN DO YOU RECOMMEND GETTING A MAKEUP PREVIEW?
We recommend having your makeup preview 2-3 months prior to your wedding.
CAN I DO A MAKEUP TRIAL BEFORE BOOKING?
Definitely! If you prefer to do a makeup trial before booking, we suggest scheduling as soon as possible since we do not hold dates without a signed contract.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE PER PERSON FOR SERVICES ON THE WEDDING DAY?
30-40 minutes per service. We like to schedule 45 minutes to an hour with the bride.
SHOULD I MAKE A SCHEDULE FOR MY GROUP ON THE WEDDING DAY?
If you’d like to! We are happy to coordinate with your planner and/or hair stylist to create one for you as well.
ARE LASHES INCLUDED IN MY WEDDING MAKEUP SERVICE?
Lashes are only included in the price of the bride. For attendants, lashes are an additional $20.
CAN MY BRIDESMAIDS USE YOUR MAKEUP IF THEY’RE NOT USING YOUR SERVICES?
We respectfully ask that no one is allowed to touch or use anything in our kit due to sanitation and liability.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING FEES ON THE WEDDING DAY?
Yes. Due to the amount of equipment we bring with us, our clients are responsible for any parking fees. For Chicago neighborhood locations, please have parking permits ready for your artist(s) if they are necessary for your area.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards and ACH payments via our online portal as well as Zelle & Venmo.
AT WHAT POINT DO YOU NEED A SECOND ARTIST?
We typically suggest having a second artist for parties of 8 or more to minimize the amount of time you & your party are getting ready. Second artists are an additional $100/hour.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IN ONE SUM OR CAN EVERYONE PAY INDIVIDUALLY?
We will send you an invoice prior to your wedding date in one lump sum.
CAN YOU DO MEN’S GROOMING?
Absolutely! Men’s grooming rates are included on our list of services.
WILL YOU WEAR A MASK? DO I NEED TO WEAR A MASK?
As our world changes, so do our protocols. At this time, we are not masked, nor do we require you to be, however, if you feel more comfortable with us wearing masks to perform services, we are happy to accommodate.
